How to request a refund?
We have a no-refund policy unless the product is proven to be faulty. If you encounter a faulty product, please contact our customer support team at hello@brainway.app within 14 days of purchase. Be sure to provide detailed information and visual proof of the fault. Refunds cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.
If you purchased our services through the Apple App Store or Google Play, please direct all refund and payment inquiries to their respective customer support teams.
