How do I cancel my subscribtion?
To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team at hello@brainway.app at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription period. This ensures we have enough time to process your request. If you contact us later, we cannot guarantee the cancellation will be completed before the period ends.
If you purchased the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it through your Apple or Google account.
