How to manage your subscription purchased on our website?
You can view or cancel your subscription at the Manage Subscription page:
1. Enter the email address you used to register an account with Brainway App.
2. Enter the 4 number security code sent to the email address.
If you are not receiving the email with security code, please check the spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact Brainway App support at help@brainway.app.
3. Once inside view or cancel your subscription with one simple click!
If you're having any issues, please reach out to Brainway App Support and ask to cancel.
To help us locate your account fast, please include:
1. A clear request to cancel (e.g., “Cancel my Brainway App subscription”).
2. Use the same email you used to subscribe and log into the Brainway App app (or include that email in the request.)
3. Please include any other information that would help identifying your account (such as payment receipt, purchase confirmation email, etc.)
4. Finally send it all to help@brainway.app.
